Kasaoka Brands
The wrappers of these steamed buns filled with sweat bean paste are shaped like a male and female horseshoe crab and are called the “Horseshoe Crab Couple." The cookie, “the Ginkgo Tree”, the symbol of Kasaoka is modeled after the gingko tree, acknowledged to be the “Tree of Kasaoka.” These two products are recognized as the Kasaoka Brands.
