This is the oldest Kasaoka Ramen shop, established in 1958. It specializes in the traditional form of Kasaoka Ramen Noodles. This means it has chicken bone soup with body and sweetness, soy sauce which is a carefully guarded secret, thin slices of chicken with a flavor that makes you want to bite into them, and fresh diagonally-cut green onions. Today the second generation of the shop protects the shop’s name and reputation, with fans from all over the country flocking to the shop demanding its unchanging taste.
